Pal’s is a fish shack on an island, dreamed up by a group of friends who’ve been cooking, building, and working together for a long time. Inspired by the spots we loved growing up, Pal's is a casual, comfortable place with great food, cold drinks, and a bit of personality. We’re pals, and we wanted to make a place that feels like it was made by friends, for friends. Set on the edge of the Columbia River on Hayden Island, we have a marina full of sailboats out front and a big outdoor patio space out back, Adirondack chairs for the grown-ups, fire pits, and plenty of room to stretch out. Inside, you’ll find big windows, high ceilings, and art that nods to our nautical neighbors for a bright, easygoing feel. The dinner menu keeps things feeling special: raw bar and oyster towers, good snacks for catching up with friends, big sharable whole fish entrees. The food is fresh, and done right. The cocktails are classic and elegant, and the wine is made to enjoy with what we are cooking up.
