Visited IBU with some friends. We shared several dishes including the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, mushrooms, potstickers, jappamac, black cod, and the pork belly with scallops. I can’t pick out a favorite. Everything was amazing! I was celebrating my birthday. They brought me dessert with a candle which was much appreciated. Overall an amazing meal and wonderful experience.

I had lunch in the open section just off the main lobby. I ordered the Thai yellow curry with prawns; it was intensely flavourful and came in a just-right portion size for me: spicy but not too much so, and the plain soda water I had with it was the perfect counterpoint.

Delicious cocktails. Fantastic food. City pop on the speakers? What’s better than this? One of my favourite places in the city…I do wish the thunder storms came back for the sake of whimsy but I can get over it.
