Abigail Hall pays homage to femininity and history through comfortable yet beautiful 40-seat living room style bar. Located in the original Ladies Reception Hall of the former Cornelius Hotel of 1908, we like to believe it was once where the suffragettes of Abigail Scott Duniway’s (our bar’s namesake) time convened.Design features include a fireplace, a reproduction of the penny-tile floors and green wainscot walls from 1911 and a mix of lush materials and colors including pink and deep maroon leather banquettes and fabrics. The walls are hand-painted mural by local Portland artist Michael Paulus. We will always find ways to honor to the many women who continue to inspire us through our offerings, but of course Abby welcomes ALL into our space. We can’t wait to have you in for an Abby burger + one of our famous classic martinis soon!

    Beautiful Tea House owned and operated by a mother and daughter. They put a lot thought into the decorations and ambiences. The food is all made from scratch by the owners. Delicious!

    Everything was done to perfection. An abundant delicious tea spread, great tea choices, attentive and fun servers and great steampunk decor. Will go again.

    Two of us had an absolute incredible experience and we loved everything about it. Our server Farris (sp?) ensured we were well-taken care of and was friendly and engaging. Highly recommend!!

    Beautiful hotel bar. The decoration is cozy. Cocktails are good, average prices for downtown Portland. Nice atmosphere, no noise (the location is perfect) plus is hidden in the end of the hotel hall. We enjoyed very much our birthday party celebration.

    I brought my granddaughter and we had a wonderful time. My granddaughter loved the tea so much she said she’d like to have it every day. The food is exquisitely prepared, visually beautiful and so very tasty. I can’t wait to come back!
