Buen servicio, muy buen sushi. El mesero fue paciente y nos hizo exentes recomendaciones, las porciones son suficientes y el servicio fue rápido.

Waiter was extremely sub par. Sat down and our first dish got sent to the wrong table. Our first dish came out and was missing 2 soy sauce trays. Asked waiter for more crispy crackers for our dish. Had to ask twice to finally get more. First dish had literally enough wasabi for 1. Had to ask for more. Besides bringing food out, finished plates never got removed. Waiter never came back to clean the table as well, or came to take more drink orders. Brought 2 VIPs and highly recommended this place over other top sushi spots. Never had a bad experience here till this visit. Part of the section was also closed due to termites. :( but that didn’t affect us. Finally had to speak to the manager. She was great. Server apologized for the poor service and brought us a desert on the house and some drinks. Kudos to her and hopefully they train employees better. One of my favorites sushi spots was a let down on this visit. I’ll be back again and hope the team improves. It just shouldn’t be one waiter that manages my table, other staff walked but and could be more involved to see tables with finished plates and empty drinks.

My experience at PaperFish Omakase was outstanding. I wanted to expand my palate and learn more about authentic Japanese cuisine before my upcoming trip to Japan, and this was the perfect introduction. Every dish was beautifully presented, showcasing incredible attention to detail. The flavors were exceptional—creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Each course offered a unique combination of ingredients and textures that made the experience memorable. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the dishes and making us feel very welcome throughout the evening. The cocktails were equally impressive. I enjoyed the Lychee Martini, while my partner had the Passion Fruit Martini, and both were exquisite. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience with outstanding food, artistic presentation, excellent service, and fantastic cocktails, I highly recommend PaperFish Omakase. We will definitely be back.

Awful experience - went to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday and it couldn’t have gone worse! From the hostess to the waitress to the staff - couldn’t give us the time of day and made us feel like rhey were doing us a favor by serving us. Definitely an overrated place!

Paper fish is just absolutely fantastic every single time. Servers try hard, food is excellent, and the atmosphere & energy are fun without being too loud or annoying. Expensive, but really great.

Unfortunately I’ve been to the one in Miami Beach and the sushi’s were better. Was not very happy with the experience last night at the Brickell location. Server was great!
