                                                                                                        Four of us went for an early dinner on Sat night. The Pork soup dumplings were just ok, wrapping was too thick and the filling was not that favorable. The egg fried rice was pretty good, a bit on the oily side. We also ordered shrimp chow fun, scallion pancakes and shrimp har gow. All were Ok, we have had better.

Dim sum was well presented but overall hit or miss - some of the dumplings were rubbery like they had been heated from freezer instead of freshly made.

                                                                                                        We did this as a Mother’s Day dinner and had ready the reviews before making the reservation. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the reviews were true It’s a very cozy restaurant, very quiet not sure if it was because it was early Sunday dinner at 5:30 It was decently crowded. The service is excellent they were very polite and kind and answered all questions. The food was delicious. Sadly no pictures as Were very hungry and ate before we realized we didn’t take any . We tried the soup dumplings , shrimp rolls , a spinach dumpling with seafood , wonton soup , Lomein with shrimp , & Mongolian beef . All delicious ! Then we tried the green tea mochi for dessert also delicious way to end the meal . Will definitely go back if in that area of the city !

                                                                                                        I’ve now been to Dao Dim Sum five times, and somehow each visit is even better than the last. Every time I go, I discover something new that completely blows me away. First, the service is outstanding. Joe, one of the owners, is an absolute gem—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the menu. His recommendations never miss. As for the food… wow. The lychee sake is out of this world. The Mongolian beef was stellar, the salt and pepper shrimp perfectly executed, and both the crab dumplings with pork and the pork soup dumplings were absolutely on fire. Their stir-fried beef is consistently top-tier, and the cube steak with asparagus from my last visit was truly mind-blowing. What keeps me coming back is the consistency—time after time, dish after dish, everything is exceptional. I honestly haven’t had a single bad meal here. Between the incredible service and the quality of the food, this place has become a go-to for me, and I’ll definitely keep coming back time and time again.
