Our second visit to BrickTop’s Downtown….it’s quickly becoming a favorite when in the area for events or an evening out. Ambiance is comfortable, classy but not over the top, and piano is a nice touch. Highlight of this dinner was our server, Jeffery. Simply stated, one of the best. Super friendly, yet professional, with the perfect level of engagement and follow-up. A true difference maker for the overall experience. Food highlights included the sweet and spicy Shanghai Shrimp, twice baked potato, and perfectly seasoned and cooked filet mignon. Lowlight was the $12.00 split plate charge included in a two person dinner tab (that was large enough on its own!). It’s an annoyance fee that doesn’t belong in a restaurant that otherwise executes as well as BrickTop’s.

We celebrated our anniversary here. From the time we arrived we were treated great! The table was ready on time. The waiter was one of the best I’ve ever had! We started with the lobster escargot- phenomenal! The Caesar salad was great. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the prime rib. We split them so we each had surf and turf. We could not find any filler in the crab cakes and the crab was sweet as sugar. The prime rib was a perfect medium rare and the twice baked potato was Soo creamy and delicious! The carrot cake was moist, but airy and for someone who doesn’t normally eat it, it was the best I’ve ever had! Kudos to the staff and especially Dan our waiter for an awesome 50th anniversary dinner!

Excellent food and service. It is on the pricy side, but an enjoyable indulgent treat.

Tried this at the last minute and so glad we did. This was our best meal of the week. Johnathon was our server and was outstanding. If back in Nashville- will definitely be back!

Awesome experience- as always. We had a young server who needs a little more training in the BrickTops way. One of our favorite places in Nashville. Piano player was very good too.
