Polo and Stephanie opened Meadowsweet together in 2014 and they see it as an extension of their home. They both enjoy good food, friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere to dine in and that is exactly what they want their guests to experience when visiting Meadowsweet. When they are not at Meadowsweet you will find them upstate at Meadowsweet Farm with their daughter and son where they grow some amazing vegetables with Polo’s Dad to serve at Meadowsweet. Service was fantastic, friendly and fast. The food was simple fresh and so appealing. Make sure to share some donuts- worth the sugar!

Incredible. Booked a trip for 5 days in NYC and this was the best meal we've had so far. Don't sleep on this place.

Loved this spot! Felt the food was really good but options are slightly limited so if you have friends with allergies or dietary restrictions they may find it difficult to find something they love. We enjoyed a few starters to share and my friend and I split and entree and it was perfect. Also suggest splitting a bottle of wine over individual glasses. The staff is fantastic and so kind and have great recommendations as they’re very knowledgeable on the menu. Highly recommend!!

I don't frequent fancy restaurants but this spot was well worth it. Interesting seasonal flavors, great service, all around great vibes. My partner and I went for our anniversary and even got a dessert on the house. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our meal at Meadowsweet, especially the tuna tartare and salmon. Our server was almost too low key and we even saw him yawning when he was waiting to be needed, but at the same time, he gave excellent advice for dishes and wine. I guess I'd say that we would recommend Meadowsweet but wouldn't rave about it?

Didn’t know what to expect when we got here. We got to the restaurant early so we had a drink at the bar. shortly after we were sat at our table and it seemed like most of the customers were regulars there. Staff were warm and welcoming and our server was wonderful and helpful with selecting our meal. We all enjoyed the food and came back to the bar when we discovered that we couldn’t stay for the show we were planning to watch. We ended up having dessert at the bar and more drinks. Great experience, great service and good food!

Went for NYE and it was prefixed. Loved that they still had so many options to choose from and everything was delicious

Amazing experience- the food was absolutely exceptional, made freshly with high quality ingredients. Its like I’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem. I will definitely be going back again soon!
