Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant by working all roles in the dining room. In the kitchen, the students learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned. Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chef Matt Bolton and their Culinary Arts students with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners.     Absolutely amazing dinner this week here! We all had the restaurant week option for the prix-fixe and it was a great value with well rounded choices and such a fun theme of Wicked! Service was impeccable. The food was delicious and definitely menu choice that you just won't see anywhere else!

    An exceptional dining experience from beginning to end! The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, all enjoyed in a setting filled with old-world charm and timeless elegance. A special mention to Jess, our server, whose kindness, warmth, and exceptional service made the evening even more memorable. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A wonderful restaurant that combines delicious food, a charming atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!
