Amazing restaurant. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the hospitality team truly delivers exceptional service. Every course, from starters and salads to main dishes and desserts, is consistently delicious. I especially appreciate their commitment to sourcing local ingredients within a 50-mile radius, which really shows in the quality and flavor. The dry-aged meats are outstanding. I have very high standards when it comes to food and service, and this place not only meets them, it exceeds them. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. Cockails, wine and our dinner. I had the lamb special it was fantastic. My wife had crab cakes. We tried specially prepared warm seasoned oysters and a beet salad for starters. We arrived in NC one year ago and this is by far our best fine dining experience. We highly recommend Daingerfields at Westglow for finest dining experience. Grazie.

When in Blowing Rock, make the Embers restaurant high on your list.

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Didn't realize it was in the Hilton so it was first time there. The food was wonderful and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The entire experience was exceptional. The food was phenomenal and the staff were amazing. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you are looking for a romantic evening. My wife and I dined there for our anniversary and it was a special experience we won't forget.
