Located in quaint downtown Weaverville, a short drive north of Asheville. Glass Onion serves New American & Northern Italian fare simply prepared using mostly local, organic & sustainable products from area farmers & vendors. Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 4:30-Last seating @ 8pm. Friday 4:30pm-Last seating at 8:30pm. Saturday 4:30pm-Last seating @8:30pm. Sunday - Brunch Hours 10am-Last seating @ 2:30pm; Dinner Hours 4:30pm-Last seating @8pm. Tuesdays - Closed. Please note that we get many seating/table requests at our small restaurant. As much as we would like to accommodate everyone at all times, we've found that it's simply not possible.
