Hostess Bella provided a warm welcome and provided table options; Server Aubrey was experienced and attentive; it was nice to interact with Chef; food was nicely presented and excellent; we will be back.

Great experience. Our server Sergio was wonderful- gave good recommendations and paced our meal perfectly. Get the mango margarita! Will return next time we're in Chicago.

I always have a great experience and the Alsip location. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I will be going back to this location many more times because of the staff.

I had the most wonderful experience of my life at the castle my wife and my grandkids loved the experience the place was fixed so beautiful the service was great. I am so looking forward to next year and bring more people I will spread my experience to others thank you for a wonderful time.
