Unlike any other Michelin starred restaurant, EL Ideas removes pretentiousness by creating an interactive dining environment with a relaxed vibe, elite cuisine, and a warm atmosphere. As there are no dividing walls in our that notoriously separates diners from chefs in most restaurants, we actually encourage our guests to walk around the kitchen and interact with the culinary team while we prepare your dinner. The menu is an ever evolving, 9 course tasting menu based on whatever it is Chef Phillip Foss and team are inspired by. Our signature dish of French fries and Frosty - inspired by chef Foss' kids - never comes off the menu. Like bringing a bottle of wine (or n/a beverage!) to a dinner party, EL Ideas is a no-corkage byo , so guests can add their own signature on to our experience.
