The Gallipot Inn lies a stones throw from Ashdown Forest and has an excellent reputation for food & drink throughout the area. Famous for our dishes including lambs' kidneys with red wine sauce, probably the best 'Smokie' (Poached haddock gratin) in Sussex or seared King scallops with crispy prosciutto & pesto.During the summer months fresh fish is our speciality and moving into autumn local game will be showing on the special board. Our wild terraced garden in summer is one of the best you'll find in Sussex and in the colder months we have roaring log fires to keep you warm and cosy.Our menu is 95% gluten free and is adaptable to any food allergens or intolerances.The Folland family warmly welcome you to our establishment.

The Seven Stars is a 16th century country inn situated in the heart of Surrey, close to both Dorking and Reigate, with Gatwick airport seven miles away. It has wealth of character which includes a large inglenook fireplace, beamed ceilings, recently renovated gardens and patios along with ample parking.An extension that now forms the main dining area was completed in 1996 and won the British Heritage Development Award for that year.The Seven Stars has a great atmosphere, we have strived to keep it a village pub where friends and locals meet up to wine, dine and and enjoy freshly cooked food, sourced from the local area. Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant. Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from.
