First time visiting Redbird and I was genuinely impressed. I ordered the “Die In Your Sleep” burger, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The burger was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and easily one of the better burgers I’ve had in a while. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. A big shoutout to Gabby as well. She was friendly, attentive, and made my first experience here a great one. She checked in at the right times, kept drinks filled, and made me feel welcome without being overbearing. Good service can make a meal memorable, and Gabby definitely helped make that happen. This was my first experience with Redbird, it certainly won’t be my last. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Thanks again to Gabby and the team for a great meal.

Perche’No translates to “Why Not?” I can think of no reasons not to try this wonderful little restaurant. Service, food and ambiance where all excellent.

This is a great local restaurant serving authentic style Mexican food. The service is excellent and the food is outstanding. It is a fairly small restaurant so I recommend reservations to avoid the line that often forms for weekend night dinner slots.
