Service was excellent. Although the host initially seated us at a table not to our liking, our request to move was easily and quickly accommodated.

We had an excellent dinner and our service was outstanding! Our server was Luke and we will be asking for him next time we visit!

Best brunch spot in Charlotte. My friend and I had such a great time here. It was our first visit, and we were impressed. The food was delicious, and our server made the experience even better. They were knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, patient and incredibly helpful. We had the Birria Gnocchi but requested to make it spicy and it took it to another level, I’m still thinking about it today. The matcha and pistachio pancakes were so good, so soft and not super sweet like other brunch places. The steak was perfectly seasoned. Everything was wonderful, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Don’t even think twice, just go and enjoy this Colombian cuisine. Highly recommend!

Choplin‘s never disappoints and their newest restaurant is no exception! Our experience at The Guesthouse by Choplin’s was 10 out of 10! Impeccable a service, delicious food, beautiful cocktails and the perfect ambiance! We will definitely be back!
