Really nice meal and wine, very good service, and all served with a smile. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the saxophone player, we found it a little loud

We had an excellent evening meal at the Old Pheasant in late October. The barman/waiter was cheerful and efficient. The pork belly was very tasty, and the venison pie was particularly good. Sticky toffee sundae afterwards was massive and delicious.

Lovely evening. We chose the offer of the day which was pie with a choice of chips or mash. Pie was gorgeous and a proper short crust one too! Exceptional value along with great service. Already booked for next week!

Wonderful visit as always. We just love coming for our lunches as we are made to feel so welcome- the little touches make all the difference. Delicious food and great attention to my coeliac needs just add to the great experience. Thank you to Jules and Pedro particularly!

Highly recommend. Great pub. Great location. Great food. Be aware that this pub is very dog friendly which may not suit everybody.
