While every dish was delicious, of particular note was the Prosciutto & Pear, the Duo of Scallop, the Corn Pudding with Lobster(of course) and one of the best Duck Breast dishes I have ever had. The duck was perfectly prepared with a great skin crust and very tender breast meat. The accompanying confit, bacon, pancetta and sauce l’orange made this a standout dish.
