Tucked inside an iconic historic building in EDo, Wolf ‘n’ Swallow is the dream of husband-and-wife team Chef Houla and Jennifer Jane.Our menu celebrates small, shareable plates, a few entrées and rotating specials: house charcuterie, seasonal vegetables, caviar, and elevated comfort food to mix, match and pass around.Chef Houla calls his cooking “chaotic”—unexpected flavor combinations built on great ingredients.
