At Asato's, we take inspiration from our 'small kid' time in Hawaii, recalling visits to the Crack Seed Shop (Candy Shop) and Family Potlucks for flavor inspirations. We transform those cherished flavor memories into a tasting menu.Our Flavor Lab Experience (Shave Ice Omakase) is currently only open Tuesday-Saturday with 2pm and 4pm seatings. We offer free validated parking in Hyatt Regency when booking our Flavor Lab Experience. We will be only accepting reservations only at this time, no walk ups.2026 James Beard nominated Neale Asato and family are proud to offer our signature Sherbert and other sweet treats in Waikiki. Voted best frozen Dessert on Oahu in 2024 we are proud to make everything from scratch and share the flavor of Hawaii with the community and now in Waikiki. Welcome to PARIS.HAWAII, an intimate fine dining destination where modern French cuisine meets the flavors of Hawaiʻi. Chef Yuya Yamanaka, a 2026 James Beard Award nominee, brings classical technique and tropical inspiration to each course, highlighting local ingredients. An ideal setting for birthdays, anniversaries, and special celebrations. Our tasting menu is $150 per guest, with optional wine pairings.Dinner & PolicyDinner is served at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Guests ages 12 and older are required to order the tasting menu. A kids’ plate is available for ages 5–11 for $35. Credit card payments only.
