Some of the best Asian-inspired meals I've had in Denver. And the staff is really great. It has a fun, casual atmosphere and excellent food. I have to admit the cocktails and wine selection were much better than I expected for such a casual spot. Well done, Uncle!

I’ve been coming to Sushi Zanmai since 1990 and it is consistently one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve been to anywhere. It’s where I learned to eat sushi. Maki San has created a wonderful restaurant with a warm celebratory environment. I can’t wait to return with each visit back to Boulder. 

Go to neighborhood place and worth a drive too. Easy and comfortable dining, fresh sushi and other light Japanese fare, we usually leave it to our teenagers to order and the meal quickly becomes almost the full menu. We had skipped the bento box-like meals until this time and now they're on the list too! Looking forward to going back anytime.
