Where craft meets quality. An evening at Sidecar, located in the heart of New Braunfels at the historic Prince Solms Inn, is like stepping back in time. The ambiently lit speakeasy features an extensive whiskey selection, live jazz and fantastic tapas. Whether you're enjoying the live music downstairs or imbibing in one of the private party rooms upstairs, the beauty of the building does not disappoint.Same-day reservations aren’t available at Sidecar, but walk-ins are always welcome! Just because you can’t make a reservation doesn’t mean you can’t join us that evening. If there’s a wait, we can add you to our call list for the next available table. In the meantime, we invite you to relax in the Parlour Bar - a walk-up, first-come, first-served bar featuring Sidecar’s classic cocktails (please note, food service is not currently available in the Parlour Bar) — open Friday and Saturday from 5–11pm.
