One of the Valley's most outstanding restaurants, where food and ambiance combine to create a noteworthy dining experience. Some of Palm Springs' best sushi served in a small, trendy setting. Sit outside on a beautiful desert night and enjoy the unique vibe. Great cocktails as well.

The best sushi restaurant in Palm Springs. The vegetable tempura portion was varied and large but light and very tasty. We tried the Gyoza which was also light. I’m not usually into seaweed salad but theirs was very good and I’m now a fan. We tried two different rolls, the millionaire was beautifully presented, fresh and the sauce definitely had a kick. The second roll was the Snowflake and really complemented the other, it was fresh and citrusy. Don’t miss a great sushi experience!

The Temecula Benihana management and servers show they really care about their patrons. Very attentive and accommodating.

My entire family and getting them all there on time, I had changed reservations 8 xs and was an hour late. The restaurant was more than accommodating and patient. The Chef was fun and My mother enjoyed her 78th birthday. The Food had changed a bit ( veggies and noodles) but overall ….. 5 outta 5! Thank you for a memorable day.
