When we look back at our journey, we see a story woven from hard work, persistence, and passion. Our founders, Federico Venturini and Chef Viola Tagliaferri, were born and raised in Italy. They grew up surrounded by the aromas of slow-simmered sauces, freshly baked bread, and the unmistakable warmth of true Italian hospitality. Cooking was never just about food, it was about gathering, memory, and love.Their dedication to authenticity led to national recognition.
