Giovanni’s of Cardiff is an award-winning Italian restaurant with two locations and plenty of loyal diners. This restaurant, Giovanni’s Park Place, was the second to open thanks to the passion of Giovanni himself, a true Welsh Italian who was born in Reggio Calabria but brought up in Cardiff. He ensures the food here is as authentic as it gets with lunch, dinner and pre-theatre menus that focus on quality rather than quantity, meaning you can expect classic Italian dishes done absolutely right, from pizza and pasta right through to fresh fish, veal, and plenty for veggies and vegans as well. You’ll find Giovanni’s Park Place right in the heart of Cardiff, across the road from New Theatre and just up from Cardiff Queen Street train station.
