The Kitchen (formerly Green Springs Bistro) is now open and taking this beloved Safety Harbor dining tradition to the next level on every front. Located inside of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, SHOR American Seafood Grill has the freshest Seafood and the best views in town. Our floor to ceiling windows and a large outdoor patio provides spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico. Every seat is a great one. Outdoor Seating is available upon request but not guaranteed. Whether Breakfast or Dinner we have dishes that please. Our specialties include the Crabby Benedict for Breakfast & a delicious Redfish or Florida Grouper for Dinner.
