I've had so many good meals at this excellent pub over the years but this steak and mushroom pie was one of the best yet 😋

Excellent food as always, served promptly, looked terrific and tasted even better.

We loved all the food, especially the haddock croquette starter; the fish pie was delicious (the best ever) full of chunks of salmon and cod, the plate of nduja mussels was well appreciated for the flavoursome sauce and generous portion. We'll be back for some more very soon!

It’s our first time eating here after just recently moving to the local area. We were greeted on arrival with a friendly smile. We ate upstairs which was quite noisy but still a great atmosphere. The owner came over and introduced himself and was so helpful, even suggested various dishes for me to try. Food was superb. Great service too so will definitely be going back.

It was our first time in Bournemouth and I wanted us to try a seafood restaurant since it's in the coast. Came across Sea and Soul in Google search and the great reviews are true. The owners are really passionate about what they are doing. The food is great and the portions are wow. One main can be shared by two people. Maddie was really welcoming and helped us celebrate my wife's birthday. All in all, I will not hesitate to come back here and refer this restaurant to anyone who's coming to Bournemouth.
