Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. Lunch and dinner entrees include rib-eye steak, Atlantic salmon, fish n’ chips, shrimp spaghetti and spaghetti carbonara. Desserts include a decadent 24-layer chocolate cake, pies, cupcakes and over-the-top milkshakes to satisfy your sweet tooth.

    Welcoming staff, awesome service, excellent food. This was the best dining experience we’ve had in the Mosaic! Our server, MJ, was friendly and fast. The chicken and biscuits, fried mozzarella, and cocktails were all awesome. The homemade tarts were the perfect dessert.

    From the moment I walked in the door, my dining experience was outstanding! The service staff was accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. The menu offered great choices. The server recommended a dish to me that was fabulous. The portion sizes were good. Food came quickly, and the staff was attentive. All in all an excellent evening! Highly recommend.

    My deluxe grilled cheese and tomato soup were very tasty. My wife’s hangar steak was excellent (rare as requested). Also, the hostess agreed to seat us in a quieter part of the restaurant. Overall, great experience.

    A GREAT birthday brunch at Carnegie Diner. Steak and eggs cooked perfectly as ordered. The service is always great, and Kimberly was a fantastic waitress. We always look forward to a meal at Carnegie's.
