From the moment I walked in the door, my dining experience was outstanding! The service staff was accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. The menu offered great choices. The server recommended a dish to me that was fabulous. The portion sizes were good. Food came quickly, and the staff was attentive. All in all an excellent evening! Highly recommend.

My deluxe grilled cheese and tomato soup were very tasty. My wife’s hangar steak was excellent (rare as requested). Also, the hostess agreed to seat us in a quieter part of the restaurant. Overall, great experience.

What began as two separate evenings quickly turned into an unforgettable shared experience as we ended up sitting together by the fireplace. Thanks to the incredible team—Chef Regina, our wonderful server Kerry, and concierge Maggie—the entire night became something truly extraordinary. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine joy in making the evening special transformed a simple dinner into one of the most memorable celebratory nights either of us has ever had. There were so many laughs, such incredible food, and the kind of atmosphere that turns a chance encounter into a lifelong memory. Hillbrook didn’t just serve a meal that night—they created a moment we’ll both remember forever. Thank you all for making it such a spectacular and unforgettable evening.
