We dine at True Food Kitchen when we get together as extended family because the menu accommodates our family's varied tastes and dietary preferences. We especially appreciate your commitment to offering animal-free options, including several bowls, pizza, a plant-based burger, and the ability to add tofu to salads and bowls. We would love to see you build on these offerings by expanding your selection of animal-free options. Also, the service was great.

I in fact really like this place. I enjoyed the lasagna - but be wary that the name is deceptive. There is little pesto involved. I like the ancient grains bowl too. Our only concern and complaint is that too much of the menu by default is spicy and a problem for people who have IBS, Barrett’s Esophagus or similar ailments. It should be possible to more clearly opt out of the spicy additions.

I usually give 5 stars across the board to True Food Kitchen. I must say this last visit was a disappointment. They weren't busy but our server wasn't very attentive, with drinks and we had to physically go find them to get condiments etc. There seemed to be confusion over who was actually in charge of our table. My food was not hot, and our appetizer came out with the entrees. Not at all my usual experience here.

Nice place to meet friends for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals and since it was not too busy on a Sunday, we did not feel rushed.
