No bread @ lunch. Several people got salads or meals not just sandwiches. Seemed more expensive, smaller portions. I got a fish sandwich, asked for cheese -got one small slice that looked lost on fish sandwich. Not offered desert & a few people @ our luncheon usually get desert. Waitress Lisa very good. Timely service

Enjoyed dinner at the Wooden Nickel. The food was very good (salmon, meatloaf) and was a generous portion. The staff was attentive, refreshing waters, etc. There was a larger table sitting next to us and they were a little loud. But a nice anniversary dinner and plan to come back.

2 of us had the Crab pasta lunch. The crab seemed to be from a can. It was in small flake pieces, not fresh or larger pieces, as we expected. For the price of $19, it was not good. Nothing else came w.it, not even some bread. Very disappointed.

This restaurant used to be a family favorite. The waitress was clueless on writing down the drink and dinner orders. Brought the dinners without clearing away salad plates. Couldn't get the items correct on the bill. Salad was very skimpy for the price. No starch with the meal. I was still hungry so had to order dessert. They always feature the ice cream ball with nuts, but they haven't had ice cream there for years. Why don't they change the menu? Will be dropping the family tradition of dining there,

Lovely atmosphere for our anniversary celebration. Our dinners were delicious, as always at The Wooden Nickel, and our server was warm and gave us special treatment.

I took my husband here for his 70th Birthday! We never knew this restaurant existed. I am so happy I found it on Open Table! The drinks, food, service and atmosphere were all great! We'll definitely go back again! They make the best Drunken Mushrooms we've ever eaten and we've definitely had them in several other places.
