   We are from the east coast fortunately sending a couple of month's in our second most favorite state. My wife enjoyed her Hangar Steak and I loved my shrimp arrabbiata. Danny our waiter was very attentive but not intrusive. The Grill for many reasons, location, sunset, ambiance and food is a MUST visit when we come across the country for stay. While we didn't order calamari on this visit, is is exceptional. Wine selections are very good and there is good value for the prices. Finally, how many restaurants in this country offer what The Grill offers every day. treat yourself!!

    We enjoyed an amazing meal with a spectacular view watching the sunset on the golf course. The location ambiance, service and food were amazing! The Fall Salad with Salmon was delicious and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The tri tip was also very good. We actually ended up going back he second night we were there and the burger and chicken wings were winners too!

    very nice lunch at The Grill, unfortunately the men's bathroom was out of order. Not a pleasant smell in the hallway. Hopefully it will be repaired soon.

    We went for our first time for a birthday lunch. The food was excellent, but the service was very slow and our waiter acted distracted most of the time. The views were beautiful and the rockers by the fireplace were very comfortable.

    The place is a hidden gem for those who do not play golf. If you visit, ask to be sat in Gus' section. The service is better than the food, and the food is amazing!

    Selected the Grill based on reviewed online that seemed to rave about the food. It was our first time staying at the Lodge and booked this dinner reservation in advance. The staff and restaurant ambiance were great, However the food was very mediocre, very disappointing. We asked the waiter for recommendations and my husband ordered the Ribs which were recommended. They were tender but were covered in a horrible low quality bbq sauce. I ordered the Shrimp Arabiatta which was very bland, I had to ask for chili peppers and Parmesan to add flavor. Will not return unless we have no other options.

    Run the other way!! Nothing about this grille was good except for the beer!! The fried calamari was greasy and the coating fell right off because it wasn't fried properly. The tomato soup tasted and looked like a bowl of marinara sauce, and the grilled cheese that came with it barely had any cheese on the sandwich. The hamburger came out raw and that had to go back as well. The manager was helpful and did take it off of our bill, but this is not a place to eat if you want decent or even moderate tasting food.

    Nice place for lunch. The coffee is quite good and they serve delicious sandwiches and salads. Service is exceptional. It's a busy place and a bit noisy, but you won't be pressured to leave right away. The Grille has some lovely views of the golf course and ocean. Dine outside when weather permits for a more relaxing experience.

    Seated at a great table. I had a Fall Salad with salmon. It arrived swimming in a fairly tasteless dressing. The greens were lovely and ruined. The salmon on top was sushi-like. The waitress didn't appear to check on the order. I finally found a busser. The waitress came back to apologize. Sent it back for a slight char (requested medium rare) and it came back like a brick--they didn't have the class to even fire up a new one. The waitress never returned to check on us so I just finished the salad and left it on the side. She didn't notice it until we asked for the check. My guest had a simple (and very expensive) rotisserie chicken sandwich that was tasteless and pedestrian. When she brought the check, the waitress did bring over a brownie slathered in ice cream that was not on either of our diets. I hope someone back in the kitchen enjoyed it. Stick with the burger and the Reuben.

    Three burgers ordered medium came out cooked differently - one was dry, the other two juicy. Fries could have used one more minute in the fryer. Cinnamon risk was an abomination - tasted savory and cheesy, and was clearly reheated. Food took forever to arrive. Server did his best but seemed overwhelmed. Atmosphere was nice but the layout is odd.
