   I highly recommend T. Cooks. I've been dining here for 17 years for birthdays and other special occasions. Try the octopus and mussels for an appetizer. The homemade pasta and orzino is amazing. The portion sizes are generous. The service is attentive but unobtrusive. The setting is very relaxing. Try to get reservations for Spring as outdoor seating is wonderful.

   Not what it used to be. Odd menu, but mostly well executed. Two exterior doors were open, making it a cold room. Noisy staff setting up and moving tables. Not a great atmosphere. Entree and appetizer prices far too high, and the same can be said for cocktails and wine.

   Really great meal here. Every dish was amazing, even the soup (and bar for soup is pretty high). The prices are not cheap but we felt it was a special meal and worthwhile. Super romantic ambiance.

    I love going to T. Cook's. I dined with out of state guests and they were so impressed with the food as well as the ambiance. Our server was wonderful.

    For an elegant, delicious meal in a beautiful setting and with excellent service, this is the place to go. Don't miss the palm trees growing right in the dining room! The bar seemed lively, as well, with live music.

    My husband and I had a memorable dinner at T Cooks 5 years ago, so when we returned to Scottsdale we wanted to revisit that experience. It did not disappoint! From the gracious greeting, and the elegant and romantic setting, to the fantastic food - and our server, Doug - every detail was delightful. We sat in the back courtyard with heaters. I had the lamb chops and my husband had the branzino. Don't miss dessert!

    I ordered the ribeye which was 68 dollars. I was expecting something amazing and was upset to find the steak was quite rough. It was cooked great, but was not tender at all and found that there was a lack of taste. There was no seasoning and the sauce poured on top was flavorless. My girlfriend got the scallop pasta which we thought was moderate and very greasy. We didn’t see our server much and didn’t even get to order a drink (we arrived at the table with a drink from the bar). The environment and ambience is fantastic, however the food was fairly underwhelming compared to much more affordable places. Good experience for the environment, poor food.

    We had not been to T Cooks for over 15 years. Some things are the same some have changed. We had outstanding service, the ambiance is still incredible and In general it was a delightful evening. The gentleman that greeted us was also very nice, informative and was a great help to one in our party who was in a wheelchair. The presentation of our meal was also very good, however I would say the quality for the price should have been outstanding but it fell short. Considering we were only 6 of maybe 20 total diners the food should have certainly been served hot but instead it was warm. Again, not bad enough to send back but I had higher expectations from past experiences. Others in our party said theirs was good, but not great.

    Our server, Joy, was outstanding! Food here is simply amazing, and many good choices on wine list. Only issue was a noisy group at nearby table, but that can happen anywhere. We have visited this restaurant many times for both lunch and dinner and have always enjoyed tremendously. I give T. Cook's my highest recommendation!

    Went with my wife for our 2 year anniversary. Beautiful location and a very romantic ambience. Food was very good, pretty typical upscale dining with an Italian lean. Wait staff was friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

    We particularly ask for seating in an area served by Jessie. He is top level good with attention to detail and he remembers that we are frequently guests there. Jessie takes a good experience to the great level.

    The food was very good, but the service was a bit slow, and I was really looking forward to brunch but apparently they stopped doing brunch every Sunday and only do it on holidays. If you are expecting brunch, you should call first.

    It was wonderful! Even better than our last visit several years ago. Rodrigo was outstanding! Our NYC friends, first time visitors to Phoenix, were very impressed. The staff even brought out a special dessert to celebrate my friend’s birthday! My husband and I agreed to return to T. Cook’s regardless of whether we have out of town guests visiting!

    TCook’s is amazing! We were treated very well, especially for our 42nd anniversary! The food was delicious!! Our waiter, Sasha, was very attentive and engaging! We will be returning!
