The Pavilion is a light-filled dining space, enjoying views of the olive grove, gardens and the landmarks of Canberra and beyond. Our menus are seasonal, driven by a passion to bring our paddock to your plate to ensure high quality dining experiences by showcasing produce from our orchards, olive grove, vineyard, award-winning Smokehouse and market gardens. Dine in the Pavilion on marble tables and beautiful crockery while enjoying an outstanding wine list, curated by our resident Sommelier.
