The Grill at The Happo Hotel is contemporary, nature-based dining concept in Hakuba produced by Chef Kazu from Hakuba's No. 1 Restaurant Mimi's. The Grill offers Mediterranean specialities prepared prepared with local Shinshu ingredients. Shinshu salmon and pork are signature dishes prepared in the wood-fired oven. In green season, guests can enjoy al fresco dining under the 100-years old Sakura trees in front of the restaurant.
