   One of our very favorite places in Palm Springs. Excellent Prix Fixe meals. My shrimp starter was delicious and the roast duck so succulent and generous. My husband had the New York steak and claimed it was the best New York he had ever eaten. Spencer’s is always our go-to place for any meal in Palm Springs. Wait staff are all very polite and efficient.

   Always a pleasure to dine at Spencer’s! It was very busy and the service was excellent! Food was perfect and timely! Serg was our server and did an amazing job!

   We made a reservation several months ago just like in the past 20 years. Seating location is always challenging with the frosty personnel at front desk check in. We are out of town guest visiting a few times a year.

   The restaurant is gorgeous, and the food is phenomenal. The service has always been lacking, so be prepared for that, but it is worth the slight irritation. We will come back hoping to find a good server, but understanding it might not happen.

   brunched al fresco at spencer’s (one of my top three restaurants in ps), and it was pure magic! i started with the melon mojito, and after offering tastes (grudgingly, i only share due to societal norms) to the others in my party, i was copied en masse (and rightfully so.) couldn’t decide between two entrees, so ordered both. the spinach, tomato and mushroom frittata? fluffy, fresh, delicious, and basically a salad (so healthy!) potato pancakes? best in town. only a few ps restaurateurs attempt them, but spencer’s doesn’t just make them—they perform a crispy, golden mic drop. service was spot-on, atmosphere stellar, and valet parking makes this gem nestled at the top of baristo road even easier to love.

   Great food, great service, great ambience. However, in celebrating our anniversary I did not appreciate being seated between two tables that had dogs. I love animals as much as the next guy, but do not appreciate eating right next to them. That was the only disappointing part of our celebration.
