For centuries, Mexican molinos (corn mills) have served as communal meeting spaces to celebrate the most honored culinary tradition in our culture — masa! The molineros’ experience, knowledge, and artisan techniques have been passed down through generations for thousands of years. These are the foundation for creating all great antojitos — the crave-able snacks sold by street vendors all across Mexico. Our mission is to preserve and promote the beautiful, bio diverse treasure that is heirloom, non-GMO Mexican corn. We work directly with local, small-scale farmers to ensure our grains are sourced in an ethical and sustainable way. Our authentic, fresh, small-batch recipes allow you to experience your favorite Mexican dishes the way they were meant to be — the same way we enjoyed them as kids!
