Dreadful service, e.g., the glass of wine I requested arrived as I was finishing the filet mignon.
Celebrated our 40th - two of us both turning 40 - but they didn’t do anything special or acknowledge it. Also never checked us in on open table so I had to call a manager Rodney to address that the next day - then had to call again the following day because he didn’t fix the reservation issue either … food was mediocre, enjoyed the chips and guac. Elote was boring and lacking flavor. Margaritas were fantastic. Salads were just ok. Probably wouldn’t return the next time we are in Sedona unless just for drinks. The setting wasn’t very pretty compared to other restaurants either
We made a reservation for 10 AM brunch. Thankfully we were 5 minutes early because they close at 10. Even though I could also make a reservation for 10:30. The waitress was quite rude about taking our order and turned other people away at 10.
The best dinner we have had in Sedona this week factoring in food and service. Friends had bass we had short rib tacos which were phenomenal. Our server Henri was attentive and provided excellent service. Chocolate cake to finish the meal was delicious and just enough for two.
The food and view were awesome. Our drink service was beyond poor. The server was very nice and apologized multiple times for the delays from the bar.
Sat outside. Beautiful setting. Had the salmon and it was a bit overdone. Service was excellent!
Nice garden tables.
Margarita was very good! Service was excellent! View was very lovely. Food was just OK and very expensive. Prices were like those in Hawaii.
This place was small and cute tucked in the Amara hotel next door to our hotel, service was fantastic and fast, the only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the food portions were small for the price but it was honestly delicious, especially the pork belly tostada and short rib tacos!
We enjoyed the dinner but it did not make us want to come back with all of the other choices around town.
Food was great and view of Sedona "rocks" was awesome. Menu was fairly limited and a little pricy.
Our food was over cooked. The service was good and it’s beautiful ourside
Portions were very small for the price. I need 50 characters
We had a reservation at 8:15, got to the reservation at like 7:55, told we can get a drink and the host will get us seated once the table gets cleaned. It’s about 8:25, we ask about our table and the host acts like the table was still being cleaned but we saw 4-6 parties get seated before/left since 7:55. There were a couple of seats still open. We get seated at 8:30, server or anyone doesn’t come to us until 8:50, when I went and asked the host where our server is. I see the host grab the manager and mention that we haven’t been approached.. no apology. I see the manager talk to the server he has our table.. no apology and doesn’t even approach us… another server approaches us and goes “heard you haven’t been helped, can i take your order”…
We ordered ceviche and it was decent. The chips were salty. 5/10
Short-braised tacos were little plain. 6/10
Prickly Pear Margaritas 7/10
Chocolate cake was probably the best thing out of the whole meal. 8/10
If I were to come back to Sedona, I would only come back for Margaritas for convenience if I was staying at the resort. They were $15 each. Other than that, I wouldn’t bother coming back to this restaurant.
Amazing food excellent customer service
We had a really nice lunch experience and had great service.
Views were epic, service was outstanding, food was great! Would definitely come back.
We were a group of four and it was the last evening of our trip to Sedona. We hoped for a wonderful last meal and we got it. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks were made to our requests and were prepared perfectly. Our server was attentive and made sure that all our questions and requests were responded to quickly. It was her second week on the job and she was friendly, professional, and responsive. We sat at an outdoor table and had a lovely view. The only negative is that the hotel room balconies were very close to the restaurant patio. There were no guests sitting on them at the time that we were dining, but if so, it would have been awkward. Regardless of this minor detail, we would highly recommend this restaurant.
What’s on their website is not the same as what is there in terms of menu. Not welcoming initially be host but food was good and outside seating has a view. I understand Covid may have had an effect but they should update their website…
Excellent dinner. Destiny was our waitress and I would encourage any restaurant operator to find a waitress like Destiny. Her attitude with everything going on made us laugh, she recommended dishes not based on the higher price but because they were excellent dishes by the chef. So..... a shout out to the Chef ! GREAT JOB!
View and service were great! Food and drinks were overpriced and underwhelming at best.
Great scenary but food medicore and Margaritas tasteless
So glad we found this place! Food was amazing and service spot on. Can recommend the street corn, potatoes, soup and pork. The classic margarita was fabulous and the best we’ve had in Sedona. The resort is undergoing construction which does affect the ambience but you sit outside (so go later when it’s cool) and you do have a small view of the red rock. We’d go back!
Menu not as advertised on Open Table, salsa and guacamole was bland, fish tacos tasted “fishy”, and prime NY Strip was mediocre at best.
The view was amazing but this place is pretty pricey for average food. Nothing to rave about food wise.
Good food. Friendly staff. Amazing view. A bit pricey in general but about right for the type of venue.
We made reservations and sat inside. We were all looking forward to their brunch menu which was not available. It took awhile for us to get our drinks after ordering.
Opentable was incorrect! This customer doesn’t offer brunch on the weekends! Other diners beware!!
Only lunch after 10am on the weekend. Place was under construction. Was loud hammering and vibrations with a black tarp rattling on the back wall.
Took awhile to get water refills. Food was overall decent but the ambiance really killed it. Outdoor dining looked better. Person training with the server was very helpful.
I think once the construction was done - please just offer brunch as the menu looked great. Was pretty pricey for a less than ideal experience overall.
View was the best part. Food was okay, felt overpriced for quality. Guacamole was disappointing.
We had a 715 reservation and were seated at 730. It took some time before anyone brought water. We ordered drinks and after inquiring a 2nd time received them. It took some time before our order was taken. We received our starters fairly quick but our meal didn’t show-up until 9. After dinner, dessert and getting our check we didn’t leave until 10:15.
No one came and apologized for the significant delay or asked if we needed anything such as a refresh of drinks. Even after such a delay there was no offer to comp anything.
My biggest complaint. My friend was celebrating her 50th birthday. She had on a sash that said 50 and fabulous. No one acknowledged her birthday. Very disappointing.
Beautiful, casual setting. Been there a few times now and always really enjoy ourselves. Waitress was especially wonderful. Forgot her name but she wore a rainbow pin and was kind & attentive.
Our server was great. The setting really nice. Good drinks. The kitchen needs help. Tastes were way off and even the easy thing was not right. Go for a drink and eat elsewhere.
Great service from Grace & the view is amazing! Thank you for making my son’s birthday special!
Great patio, excellent cocktails in particular.
I would give this place a zero if I could! We made reservations 1 month prior to arrival just to find out the restaurant had “revised it’s hours” and failed to notify people with reservations. The manager was not apologetic at all and basically sho Ed the sign in my face with the new hours!! Crappy place and service!!
Due to the resort currently undergoing renovations, there was a large black tarp hung across the restaurant, no art on the walls just a bare room with tables and chairs. Half of the cocktail menu was not available and several items on the food menu not available. Ordered the Ceviche which was decent, decide to leave and go elsewhere for dinner because the prices are way too high ($17 for chips and guac!). Very underwhelmed.
Don’t go now! The restaurant is being remodeled so food is being served in a hotel meeting room. No decor.
We didn’t stay to eat because the only table available for our reservation was right next to the door. Upon leaving and while waiting for our car, we encountered a couple who had just dined. He said his chicken was raw in the middle. Her dish so so. The restaurant credited him for his meal, but they were about to search for another place to dine. Still hungry.
Shame on the restaurant for not indicating the remodeling on OpenDoor or their website. Previously we really enjoyed the place. Not sure we’ll ever return after being mislead.
The waiter and other staff that showed up to work tried so hard. There literally was not even close to enough staff. We waited 45 min and still did not have our drinks. Had guacamole and chips which were good. The waiter was very apologetic and said the bar tender was working hard (which he was) but very overwhelmed with volume. We ended up leaving and going else where. Felt very sorry for the stressed staff.
Menu was reduced and we were informed right after we sat down that not all listed cocktails, beer and food was available. We waited for one hour for a drink and appetizers. Service was completely unorganized and overwhelmed with orders and did not even offer any compensation for the lack of food or drinks. We left after an hour with an empty stomach and the server did not even make an attempt to keep us as guests, in fact he seemed relieved to have to serve one table less.. very disappointing, will certainly not recommend this place nor come back.
Good had no taste and over priced for the quality. Service was great and location was very nice.
