With over 20 years of cooking experience, Chef Matt Garcia brings a new dining experience to Tuolumne County. Classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in San Francisco, Chef Matt has worked with some of the Bay Area's top chefs. As a young chef he was nominated as 7x7 Rising Star Chef, creating beautiful dishes that showcase the freshness of the ingredients and their bright, natural flavor and he continues to do so. The Branch is a place where we come together, to eat, enjoy and relax.

The Ahwahnee Dining Room is pleased to offer the following dining experiences:

Breakfast: Served à la carte and buffet-style Monday-Saturday 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Brunch Buffet: Every Sunday 7am-3pm

Lunch: Served à la carte Monday-Saturday 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Dinner: 5 or 7 course Prix Fixe Menu only, served 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Dinner has shifted into a Prix Fixe dining experience with a choice between a 5 or 7 course menu with the option to include a curated wine pairing. No a la carte options will be available expect for our kids menu. There will be limited seatings per night so a reservation is a must. No walk-ins permitted.

*Reservations are required for all meal periods. Please note that a hotel reservation does not guarantee a reservation in the Dining Room.*

Arrivato in ritardo, ci hanno comunque accolti con gentilezza e subito accontentati. Nessun problema anche a modificare leggermente il contenuto dei piatti secondo i nostri gusti. Cena eccellente! non economica ma prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla qualità.
