   While the steak and side were good and cooked to satisfaction, the wedge salad had WAY TOO MUCH blue cheese. Further, while the server did a good job overall, she messed up splitting the check with two payments; thus, one card was charged everything. This is a simple task and shouldn’t have been a problem (practically every restaurant does it).

   We are use to high level service at RC. Last night there were some challenges where a big group and drama took away from my partner and I. Nelson and the manager handled the situation with the other tables but left us wanting a little more service.

   We had a great evening out at Ruth’s Chris. We enjoyed the tomahawk steak, which was amazing! Our waiter, Christian, was outstanding. He was such a professional, providing information and recommendations. Thank you for making our night so special!

   The food and service was moderate. They were very busy due to the restaurant being located right next to a performance theater with a show that night. Many guests needed to be cashed out at the same time which left our server stretched a bit too thin. We never got our appetizer that we order and a few items on the meal order came out incorrectly. I was never offered an additional glass of wine and had to ask for our waters to be refilled. However, the manager who seated us made us feel welcomed and our server was very apologetic for the mad rush of check outs.

    Ruth's sent me a $25 off email to be used by the end of March. I made a reservation for a Monday early evening. Surprisingly, the main floor with the bar was nearly empty, yet they seated an office group dinner right next to me, and then a couple with a young child who was making a lot of noise. So much for having a quiet dinner by myself. I later found that most of the diners were seated on the lower floor, leaving the main (upper) floor nearly empty. The food was good - I had the 22 oz. Cowboy Ribeye with a baked potato. I picked up the bone at the end and gnawed off all the meat since presumably nobody around me would care. I ordered the bread pudding dessert because it looked good in the pictures, but it was too much to eat after the steak and the potato, and I had to box it up to take home. The waiter was attentive and I had no problems with the service for a quiet Monday evening.

    Extremely overpriced, mostly sub par food. The salmon was great, steaks (fillet mignon and the strip) definitely inferior to Texas Road House. Sides separate? Really? And at a price that can buy you a whole meal somewhere else. Once in a lifetime experience, meaning it was the only time in my life I took my family there.

    Went to dinner with some colleagues. We are in town for a conference. The tables are very tight. You are basically sitting so close to the next table you can touch the person. We were crammed in between 2 other groups of diners. The server was nice. The drinks were good. While I did not order steak every persons steak was completely over cooked which was disappointing for this restaurant brand who is known for steaks. Then the server gave us a bunch of push back when we all needed separate checks. You would think a convention city would understand that we all have to turn in our expenses for work and we cannot share the bill. I have been to many Ruth’s Chris over the years and this location was definitely subpar to what I think about when I think about the brand.

    Not our first time dining here and this experience will solidify that we will not be dining here again. The meal began by our wait staff not showing up for a long time to take our drink order, then the bottle we ordered was not chilled and they tried to give it to us anyway. Took forever to order our meal, then my salad was wrong-sent back. We ended up ordering drinks instead of wine and my drink was wrong. When our main meal was finally ordered 2 tables were seated by us and both tables were playing tik toks loudly on their phones-they were not asked to stop. Our wait staff disappeared and another wait staff ended up getting the check out to us. The entire upper dining area knew what was going on but the manager did not see to be addressing the situation.

    Food was perfectly cooked, service was great but flavor was missing in the steak (apps however were amazing). It's a mid tier restaurant and the menus had finger prints on them from the prior patron... Also, we went middle of March and they had a valentines day menu... My wife and I went there for an anniversary and while we'll be back, it won't be for a special occasion.

    My wife and I have been long time patrons of Ruth's Chris Steak House. Our expectations are high, due to previous visits. This last visit was not as good and below expectations. Food was usually fabulous, except for the fatty filet received. Our server, Melany, was gracious and kind but failed to check our dinner upon receiving it. Past visits have been superb, but last night was unremarkable. After receiving my Caesar salad, no one asked if I wanted fresh crushed pepper...which I did... All the staff appeared to be young and millennial...No one showed experience. We explained to management and did receive an appreciated discount for our meal. Our hopes for our next visit is improved treatment and service. Hope to return.

    Fantastic food, fantastic drinks, a bit overpriced for the quality but will be back to try other items off the menu. Got the steak and lobster, with garlic mashed potatoes. The salad was wilted but everything else was on par.

    Came for valentines dinner. Sever Christian was very nice, we wouldn’t see him very often to ask for refill on drinks, more lemons for appetizer. I ordered the filet thick cut. Steak didn’t have a lot of flavor, but I also know it’s probably hard to cook a steak that thick. Cesar was on point. Crab crabs were bomb. Our table was located close to the kitchen, kinda noisy. Overall glad we went and will be back.

    My overall experience was great! My family and I enjoyed dinner and the whole experience. Ashley was our waitress and she was great! It was a good Valentines Day dinner!I’ve been going to Ruth’s Chris since 2008 and have yet to have a bad experience or food that wasn’t delicious. I will definitely be returning again soon.

    Honestly, neither of us had been to this type of corporate steakhouse and didn’t have very high expectations. We were gifted a card here by a family member and decided to make a date out of it for a Saturday night. The atmosphere was nice, not too pretentious but an elevated version of a hotel restaurant. Everyone was very pleasant and we had a reservation already booked, so they sat us in a timely manner. The overall vibe was nice, lots of dates and birthday celebrations. Our waiter was very nice, attentive, and prompt. The best part was the meal! Wow we were really blown away, the Ruth’s classic menu was phenomenal! The steak was cooked to perfection, our sides were full sized and so good! By the time desert came we were so full we had to take it to go and it was a season fruit with cheesecake! We were so pleasantly surprised, and it was SO much better than El Gaucho or Aqua. Don’t waste your time at either of those places and enjoy Ruth’s Chris because they’ve mastered the art of customer service and the perfect steak. Will definitely be coming back!

    Food and table service were excellent. Front of house service was frustrating. One of my party was running 15 mins late. The remaining 5 wanted to sit at the table and have some starters and drinks whilst we waited. Instead we told we had to sit in the waiting area until he arrived.

    It was my first time and it had quite the build-up. I went with classic steak and shrimp. It was good, not great. For the price and the reputation, I expected more. The place was packed & pretty loud. Service was good and the wait staff were all great. The best part of the meal was the cheesecake, best I’ve ever had.
