   Bryan was fantastic!! He was very fast, super friendly, and made sure that we had the best service. Along with the service, the food was fantastic too! We came for a work and now it’s a must have every time we come!

   Our waitress was really nice she helped us pick out what was good on the menu. It was our first time eating at Ruth’s Chris, the food was excellent we definitely we be eating there again. The Restaurant nice and clean along with an friendly staff!

   I’ve been here several times to dine and each time the experience is just wonderful . The service is great and what I don’t know is what happened to a wonderful waitress we had by the name of Elaine. Elaine had worked here forever. And the drink to get is a Luxarita.

   Good food borders on great food. Of course everything is upcharged and some things more worth it than others. Surprisingly always pretty loud. Great service though worth trying at least once if you got the money

    Food was incredible as usual. Service was on par. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad. I am just not a fan of how they converted their banquet room to a secondary dining space. Makes a patron feel like they are being shoved in the back corner. The tables and chairs are lesser in both quality and comfort, and the two flat screen monitors that have a Yule log on repeat gives the room a less than premium feel. This is the second time being placed here on consecutive evenings, after a formal complaint the first time. I get it, maximize your revenue. I would like to suggest that you keep tables in this room for walk in and last minute bookings. Those who plan ahead and are celebrating a special evening should be placed in the main dining area. I’m a long time Ruth’s Chris customer. We love the food AND the ambiance. We eat here regularly as well as gift to other to enjoy the same things that we enjoy. Just my two cents. Take it for what it is worth.

    Service and food were very good as always. Probably the most consistent quality of service and food in town. I brought a bottle of good wine from my cellar to have with dinner only to find that the corkage fee was $50 when I got the check. This is an outrageous and absurd charge! I have brought wine to dinner at restaurants all over the country and have never been charged more than $25, usually less. I let the waiter know of my outrage and he agreed, stating the change was made 1 or 2 months ago and was mandated at the corporate level. Even so, he should have informed me prior to opening the bottle.

    I ordered my steak medium well (told the server pink) it came back pretty close to rare. We were not offered any more bread than what was on the table, for desert I asked for coffee and never got it, not happy with this experience

    This was my 2nd time coimg to this restaurant and both times I had a good experience! Staff was great, food was great and the atmosphere was great! If you're looking for a nice evening out and a good steak I recommend this restaurant!

    Three of us celebrated two birthdays at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The steaks, two petite filets and a ribeye, were cooked just as ordered. We did not order an appetizer, but instead ordered the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad. Two of us shared that and it was excellent. For sides, we chose French fries, au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach. All were very good, but the au gratin potatoes were especially tasty. The two celebrating birthdays received a special dessert treat. They both said it was the perfect end to their dinner. The service from Makayla and her team was excellent. We appreciated the fact that our parking ticket was stamped giving us a discount on our parking. The one negative was having to make a per person deposit for our reservation. It was refunded, but this is the first time that has been a requirement. Something to consider when deciding where to dine.

    It was the first visit for my husband and me. Our servers were very welcoming, and in fact, everyone who came to our table was very friendly and smiled and greeted us. The food and drinks were fantastic. High quality and very balanced flavors. We had some questions about the menu before ordering and our server was accommodating and made thoughtful suggestions. She expressed interest in us and responded kindly and enthusiastically to our interest in her. We liked the atmosphere where we had our table: a section with only three other tables. We had a lovely fireplace next to our table and comfortable cushioned chairs. It’s not a place we will go often because of the higher price, but Ruth’s Chris delivers across the board a high quality dining experience for a special occasion.

    For a place that charges you $40 to get a reservation, seems like they should be able to seat you if you show up a little early or at least have space at the bar. Instead we had to sit awkwardly by the host stand looking at empty tables. Once we were seated, however, our servers Ben and Chris were very welcoming. The steak was bit overdone, but the stuffed chicken was delicious as were the crab cakes. The birthday dessert was a nice surprise. And the spot we were seated was quiet and good for people watching outside.

    Staff works as a team so service is exceptional, and they are very talkative and friendly. There was a drunk bombastic patron or three on the other side of the partition that was annoying but what are you going to do but let them enjoy themselves. Food is top notch but it does take a little bit for main courses to arrive. When they do it is a real treat to savor until the next time you can afford the excursion.

    Once again, an excellent meal at our favorite Ruth's Chris. We had the filet, Ribeye, au gratin potatoes, asparagus with Hollandaise and cheesecake for dessert. All wonderful. Our server, Tarick, was personable, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
