    Service very poor. Server really struggled to open and pour wine. Waited 30 minutes for food to arrive: mashed potatoes were COLD, mad the steak plates were not sizzling as normal. Can only assume that the food was ready long before, but the server waited 30 minutes to deliver it. There were only 3 other tables occupied! Unacceptable- been a long time Ruth’s Chris customer, but it seems the ones in hotels are consistently poor.

    Food excellent,as expected. Service was above and beyond. Kristen(?) went above to see our dinner experience was the best. Only complaint had was .. Salad dressing (honey mustard) was too spicy. Cannot eat food with a spicy flavor due to medical condition, server saw we get another salad this had way to much, greens were floating in vinaigrette dressing,could not enjoy. Everything else was perfect.

    I took our family for Thanksgiving dinner here. As everyone was tired after traveling, I called and was able to move the reservation up to an earlier time slot. As three of our party are immune suppressed, I requested an alcove table which the manager was able to reserve. As always the food was fantastic. The shared appetizers, 12 friend oysters were fried well (crispy, but not overdone), and the fried calamari, were both outstanding. The ribeye streaks were cooked perfectly (medium rare, seared "Pittsburgh Style."). They waiter (Steven) and other staff were kind enough to split the salad and steaks into two plates as we were sharing not to overeat. As usual, a wonderful meal. It was a bit noisier than usual as it was the Thanksgiving Holiday and almost totally full.

    Thanksgiving dinner. Service (Kaitlyn) was outstanding. Food was great all around. A little pricey, but it is Thanksgiving and a premium place. Drinks are particularly pricey. Strongly suggest you reserve a table in the atrium as rest of the restaurant is crowded and in some places, dark.

    Nice ambience with the moving waters in the background and the lighting was nice as well. Excellent food all around. Great remoulade sauce for the shrimp. Steaks and sides always delicious. Had a great server: Jaleal (sp). She was so friendly, personable and professional.

    The Lamb Chops are unbelievably tasty. Every bite is an experience And I am not exaggerating. The house salad is special and you can tell the dressings are homemade. Last time we ate in the atrium…too noisy. When you make a reservation tell them you prefer not in the atrium. For special occasions, I can’t think of a better place than Ruth’s Chris.

    The service was superb from the confirmation call for our reservation to the greeting by the hostess, to the serving staff! The food was delicious. The food: the steak was cooked as ordered medium-well, just right! The baked potato which I ordered to be loaded was huge and generously loaded. The asparagus was delicious and cooked just right. My husband had the same but with brussel sprouts, which he said were very good. Atmosphere was cozy and warm.

    Our server was terrible. Didn’t pay attention to what we were telling him, wasn’t a people person, didn’t communicate very well , went missing for long periods of time, I ran out of sweet tea several times, etc.. everyone else was perfect as far as the other staff members though.

    Salad was old and not fresh at all on the house and Caesar salad. My shrimp that was on my steak was cold. The clientele around us as we walked through the hotel and restaurant was not up to the standard I held for Ruth Chris. Kids were running through the restaurant were not dining in there. We asked about a kind of liquor in a drink and never got an exact answer.

    I took my 11 year old daughter and 10 year old son to celebrate my birthday. We sat next to a table of business men who were intoxicated. They were vulgar and misogynistic to the server. My daughter's chair was within inches of their table, and she heard their verbal exploits for the entire evening. I was ashamed of them and disappointed in the way that the staff did not handle them. At one point, one of them pulled out of vape and proceeded to vape when there was no staff near. The way they talked about the server when she wasn't around was loud and my daughter heard it and it was very disrespectful. At one point they took their phones out and pass them around showing pictures of women to each other. Because they continued to flag down the server and flirt with her, our service was extremely slow. At one point our server even acknowledged this and apologized to us. I spent $250, which I do not mind the money, but the experience was very negative. I've been to other locations and they were great, this one was not. I do not know if I will return.

    Steaks and sides were cooked to perfection, staff has courteous and helpful. Despite having reservations early in the evening, where there were not many patrons, it took our entree’s longer than expected to come out. This was out of the norm from previous visits, so I will definitely be returning.

    The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was nice, but the price-point felt too high for the overall quality of the meal. We had no complaints about the quality of the food, but it just tasted good. The quality wasn't spectacular, which is what would be expected for the price point of this establishment. If money is no concern, this is a fine place to dine at. But, there are less expensive places with better quality food if price is a concern.

    What an amazing experience. The staff was so kind and helpful and provided perfect service. The restaurant was quiet and relaxing and perfect for a date night. We ordered the prix fix meals, and we found it to be an amazing value for 2 people. It included salad, steak, side, and dessert, and we had enough to bring some home too. Highly recommend the filet and mashed potatoes. Just an overall wonderful meal; we cannot wait to go back. Well done, Ruth’s Chris!

    Onions rings (which used to be our favorite) were mediocre at best. The onions were too tough to eat.  Our waiter, Kaitlyn, was ok. We had to open our own bottle of drink and our bottle was never put in a bottle cooler. Had to ask her to clean our table. It was my spouse’s birthday. We were not offered a birthday dessert until we enquired about it. Then we didn’t get what we ordered. And no candle was provided (although, we saw a neighboring table be provided a birthday candle).
