The Dining room serves a six-course tasting menu for $135 per person, where each course showcases signature ingredients from our local farms, waters, and garden. The tasting menu allows for choices on most courses, and optional enhancements such as caviar service and truffles at times. The average dining experience should take about two and one half hours, and is served inside our historic 1875 Aggassiz Mansion. We are closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays, and allow for reservations of up to seven guests. Reservations can be made up to four weeks in advance, while overnight guests and private events may book further. Online reservations are available for parties of two and less, while groups of three or more must call for reservations or email.
