We usually love Redstone but we’re underwhelmed this time. Food was good but service was really slow, it took nearly 40 minutes to get our entrees on a night that was not busy.

Our server, and I cannot remember her name was fabulous… She was attentive and kind… I was being treated to dinner by my roommate From college, so I had no control over the tip… But she was great, and my college roommate was kind of rude and I felt bad for our server… But she was so nice through the whole dinner… Great server

Our server was close to rude. Our friend spilled part of her drink on our table. We asked the server to bring us a cloth after we had cleaned some up with our napkins. She tossed a wet towel in our table, never took th dirty napkins or brought us new ones after we asked. She had just gotten the drink and never offered to refresh after the spill. She just was unfriendly and had poor service. The salads ( my favorite Chicken chop) did not seem to have fresh lettuce. I eat here a lot, but this was not a pleasant dinner.
Redstone American Grill - MinnetonkaRisposta inviata il giorno 14 agosto 2026
Michele, we sincerely apologize for falling short of the experience you deserve. The service issues you encountered are unacceptable, and we're disappointed to hear the Chicken Chop salad wasn't up to our usual standards. As a regular guest, you know this isn't what we're about. We'd appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Our management team will be reaching out to you.

my friend loved her SW Chicken Salad. I ordered the Tuna Poke and the portion is tiny for the price. I won't order that again.

We enjoyed the three appetizer happy hour special (onion rings, cheesesteak wontons and chicken fingers) plus the walleye entree. All were very good. We were lucky again to have Jennifer as our server - the best! We will be back

They had a wedding party. Our food was delivered an hour and 20 min after we ordered. The kitchen was understaffed. However, after speaking to the manager - they comped most of our bill.

Service very slow. Also forgot my salad order. I didn’t want it once my main course arrived. Very disappointed as I usually love the house salad
