   This restaurant's quality has gone WAY downhill. We ordered several appetizers and entree items. All of it was either very bland or stale, or both. The Chicken Katsu was so rubbery and the sushi items were unremarkable at best. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this food - find a small sushi restaurant and go there for half the price and double the flavor. We'll be crossing RA Sushi off our list from now on.

   The food was good but we were missing some things still by the time we finished all the food. The service was not good, the server was not punctual, was extremely forgetful, and we saw him on his phone multiple times. Not the handheld for orders and receipts, it was his phone. Even though the food was good, since the service was awful it really ruined the night and celebration of the birthday.

   The restaurant was freezing cold. The food was expensive for the quantity. The waiter forgot to order one of our appetizers and the drink from the bar tasted like it had zero alcohol in it. We were so disappointed we went somewhere else for dinner. Oh and the bathrooms were dirty.

   I'm a loyal RA supporter but this was by far the worst service I've ever had. Our server was rude, very bad at his job and got an attitude any time we had to ask for things that should have been handled by him. Example: no napkins or chopsticks, straws for kids drinks with lids, water refills, sauces, etc. Even when he first walked up after us waiting for for 10-15 minutes to be greeted he said "you been helped yet" and we said no. He goes "oh I'll get waters". Then when he came back said he'd get straws but took 2 more times asking to get them. He was by far the worst sever I've ever had and no manager came to check on us even after seeing us have to flag him down multiple times. He ruined our Mother's Day lunch and made us all leave saying "man RA has really gone downhill"

   waiter was slow failed to bring silverware to table. ordered two sushi rolls with our entrée and never received them. waiter never picked up glasses or used plates off of the table which are very small to begin with.

    The server was very friendly and as attentive as she could be. Short staffed! She offered me a birthday dessert along side a picture. The Sashimi was fresh and delicious. My friend ahi poke bowl was also very good. Lovely experience I enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Ra Sushi. I’ve been celebrating there for years.

    The sushi was amazing but I made a reservation 3 days in advance and they did not have a table ready for us. They squeezed the 5 of us around a table for four… not enough room for all of us and the food and drinks we ordered. The fried rice was not good and definitely not worth the $7. Our waitress brought the checks before asking if we needed anything else and all of us were planning on getting another drink. I was not impressed.

    Got seated for our reservation and then had no service at all for nearly 20 minutes. No water, no silverware, no apps... nada. When I told the manager they were confused and so was I. Not sure what happened but it wasn't much fun.

    The food was bland and not fresh. It tasted like it was heated up from frozen. Service was lacking as far as drinks being filled/attentiveness to table. And the music was so loud, we could barely talk to each other. Also, all of our plates were brought to us dirty. There was dried food on the stack of appetizer plates that were brought to us, and all of our drinking glasses had lip marks around the rim from the last people who drank out of them. Terrible experience.

    RA Sushi was highly recommended for us and I thought it would be perfect for an evening birthday celebration for myself and two close friends. The location was very enticing. Our server was great, drinks PHENOMENAL and sushi was great too but the restaurant was extremely busy and loud. We asked about other options for seating and unfortunately the entire dining area is the same. It was difficult to hear each other while trying to catch up. This would be my only thing I would change otherwise I’d absolutely return.

    I’ve been here before and remembered it was quite loud. Still is. It took what seemed like a long time to get our food. We both ordered sushi and it was ok. The two tables next to us had to wait a long time for there food as well and they were not happy. When we get Sushi again, we will go somewhere else

    Been going here for a years, once a year or so per year and it seems like the quality is in a perpetual state of decline. And we order across the menu, so it's not like my CA roll is missing cream cheese or something sophomoric like that. The service was terrible the last time and we both decided never to go back when there are so many other sushi places to check out.

    Reserved a party for 12 got a table for 8, told the host and she said we have to wait for chairs well 3 tables got up and we were still waiting on 2 more chairs, we then finally just stole then from another table. Server was all over the place with taking our order. Some of our drinks were wrong the second time, waters weren’t refilled, 3 orders came out wrong, never got our soup, our meals all came out at different times, so some people of us were done eating while some of us just got our food. We tried to tell the manager he got rude with us at first then quickly realized it was a thing. Took about 3 hours for us to be done. Server was not meant to take a large party at all.

    Did not care for the soup or the salad/salad dressing; the California roll was just okay. The hibachi filet was fantastic...their fried rice is some of the best. Waiter was pleasant and order was accurate. However, he checked on us way too many times before we ordered and hardly at all after we ordered.

    Unfortunately our server was nice but she was overwhelmed with her duties. we had to wait on drinks a long time. Got food but then didn’t have soy sauce so had to wait on that. Then server forgot miso soup after we paid. Wasn’t really apologetic and would have liked to been offered a discount since we weren’t served all of our food. That didn’t happen. Positive was our sake was 3.50 a piece but overall disappointed.

    Cool place but appeared to be understaffed. We get it - a lot of restaurants are right now. Our food all came out at the same time. Starters and salad didn’t come out before sushi rolls. Seemed like sushi may have sat for a bit before runners brought to our table. Also, when runners delivered food they didn’t say what it was or made sure we had utensils. We also had to ask about an item that didn’t arrive. We essentially had no idea what the different items were that all came out at the same time. Lastly, slow to get drinks and then food. We waited almost 15 min for our drinks to come. At least server got us water right away. Will likely go back when maybe less busy during day and try again because I genuinely think being understaffed was a big part of it. Location is super cool and people were nice beyond the issues listed above.

    I had a reservation for restaurant week. When I got there at my reservation time, I was told the wait time was 20 minutes and that my reservation didn’t matter. We never got a restaurant week menu and the waitress wasn’t sure what we were talking about. It took 2 hours in the door to leaving. We ended up having to sit at the bar because a table never became available as well. Horrible experience.

    Matt was our waiter and he really took good care of us. The high tops don’t really have a ton of room for long sushi plates. Vegas roll was the best thing we had. I like that they had a Saturday Happy Hour and that it ran until 7! I’d never been here before. Great service- no doubt about that- but I’ve had better sushi.

    Service was ok. it was busy given restaurant. I understand that! but also it wasn’t super busy, poor server was either on her own or getting no help. she was so stressed and. never ever around. But the food was not it. All of the sauces tasted overwhelmingly vinegary. All like ketchup. it was so weird. dipping sauce, katsu, and chili sauce. Gross! any roll with tempura was soggy and sad. All of the rolls were mushy and sad. Nothing came out together, all one at a time. Disappointed this time around. It was just not as great as i know it can be! But i know it can be better than this. Restaurant week stress i guess……….. The food LOOKED good but tasted so lame. Could find better elsewhere….. don’t do me dirty next time.

    It was our anniversary dinner, we did not realize what we were walking into. The establishment definitely needs a good cleaning. Our table rocked a lot, to the point our drinks could fall. I specified what our occasion was . We got one glass of water and when that was consumed, there was no more water offered. Our food was cold . My order was incorrect so my wife tried to start eating without me except her food was cold and very poor quality. All servers seemed to be at a social hour as opposed to being there to serve customers. Worst experience ever. Needless to say we had to find another restaurant to have our dinner as we didn’t get to eat after an hour and a half of waiting.
