   Food was delicious, but the whole experience seemed to be on a stopwatch. My impression was that they needed to get three sittings on the night and we felt the whole service was rushed. In and out in less than an hour.

   The manager and the staff have been super helpful to accomodate our large party. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is perfect. 100% recommended.

   We were just looking for somewhere in Kensington to get some good food and a bit of atmosphere. Nice ambience and background music. The decor in ‘The Jungle’ was very cool and added to the experience . The food was very high quality, well presented and well prepared. The only let down was was waiting time for food. However, they apologised and we received a complimentary glass of champagne. Excellent staff, very attentive and engaging. Highly recommended.

   The food was ok but I was underwhelmed. Food service was very quick but the bar was much slower, we were about halfway through our meal before the drinks arrived. The restaurant was not very clean - the menus were dirty and there were several large flies flying around inside. For the price I was expecting better.

   My wife and I had a lovely experience! The steak, tuna dish, and lamb taco were excellent! We also tried the guacamole, which was great! We didn't expect the Tomato, avocado, and pomegranate salad to have grapes in it, and the item was removed from our bill as it wasn't to our taste. All in all, it was excellent, and we'd love to come back and try more, including their dessert!

    I had a dinner date at Zuaya and I must say, the ambience it’s always at the top! I love all the indoor plants and their playlist.. you literally feel the tropical vibes while dining here. The staff was super cordial and friendly explaining the restaurant tapas concept and hilighting the menu’s best dishes. What I loved the most was the Tuna tiradito, an explosion of flavours but still very delicate on the palate. Definitely coming back with friends next time!

    A lovely venue for a couple. The food was well presented and cooked perfectly. Granted, the dishes were a little on the small side, however no regrets whatsoever about coming and will certainly return again in future.

    Very cozy and beautiful place with friendly staff. The best waiter Ouni was very friendly and attentive to myself and my friends when we attended my friend's birthday dinner. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended restaurant.

    Great venue, with a very original and beautiful decor, jungle themed but classy. The food was really tasty, with some very inventive dishes, the lamb taco, one of the best I ever had. Service was professional and friendly, but not too intrusive. Will be returning very soon!

    The restaurant had a bad smell all over. Decor is not elegant. The steak was terrible, no taste, and the rest was ok. Noises coming from the kitchen depending on where you sit. Pricey for what it is.

    The staff were really nice and very accommodating. The food I would say was really nice but quite expensive for what it was? I think this is definitely a place to go if you want to splurge or just a one off if you’re in the area but no a regular visit. The place overall was lovely.

    We were greeted by a very charming manager which sat us downstairs even if our booking was for outside (as they did not have any space when booked) and we had an amazing time with outstanding food and great service, knowledgeable staff and always smiling! We will definitely return, thank you!

    The ambience was fantastic. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were welcomed with smiles and amazing music. The food was delicious, specially the octopus and tomato and avocado salad, the treatment from the workers was impeccable! Will definitely go again!

    Great restaurant! I took my girlfriend on a date, and we were very happy with the experience! We have been dating for some time so we were looking for a place that is romantic while fun, and Zuaya was spot on! Very tasty food, cool ambiance, Instagramable decoration and attentive service!

    Anniversary meal. Had a great time dining here. Staff accommodating and even bought out a plate to mark/celebrate our anniversary. Found was really good. You have to try the daily croquetta, the bao bun and the patata bravas - to die for!

    Came here for dinner on a weeknight to try the Argentinian tapas. The experience was hit or miss, and overall inconsistent. Variable comments on different aspects so I leave it to you to make a decision. Overall, the restaurant interior is “tired”, definitely needs a renovation as some things not even dim lighting can hide- also the restrooms were absolutely filthy and clearly had not been looked at for awhile (and our booking was quite early into the evening). Food : some good, some bad. The pork belly was delicious. The calamaru was burnt. The sirloin with chimichuri was fantastic. The Iberico pork was full of grizzle. Similar to what another reviewer said, I felt abit funny in the middle of the night after dining here and it lingered until the next morning, not sure what that was done to, but surprising to see that it has happened to others too. Overall, food is inconsistent and not of the best quality. Something which is not ideal seeing the prices that they are charging. Overall, I could not recommend this place and it’s unlikely i’ll be visiting again.

    What an absolutely lovely meal! We chose this restaurant as we had a red letter days dining voucher and it looked nice when we looked at the website. What a treat it was. We were seated upstairs by the window by a very welcoming waiter who explained how we would use our voucher and how the tapas based menu worked. There were 3 of us; me, my girlfriend and my 15 year old child. We ordered 2 starters and a side to start and 3 mains and a salad for the second course. All the food was great with the highlight being the octopus and the chimichurri on the steak. The staff could not have been friendlier and the ambient music was great too. Very Highly Recommended!

    Food was hit and miss. Some amazing flavours some not so much. Where we sat was freezing and after about an hour of being there, the smell of cigarette smoke was really bad, the odour in the restaurant wasn’t the nicest either. Staff were great, really attentive.

    Great experience at zuaya!!!!! Warm welcome and really good service, attentive and they give a good recommendations to choice every dish. The food it was amazing; beautiful presentation and explosion of flavours in your mouth. Pork belly patacones and tuna taco my favourite; octopus are brilliant and different. I really enjoy my experience at zuaya we come back sure!!!!!!

    I booked for a group of 8 for dinner after an event at the Royal Albert Hall and were well looked after. The restaurant was busy so drinks did take a while to arrive. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented and delicious. Everyone enjoyed the food they had. My only gripe was that at some point the lights were dimmed to a level where it was almost impossible to see anything.

    The food is amazing, the prices are a bit expensive but the quality is worth it! The service was good to start with but then it takes a bit too long for them to clear the tables. Definitely recommended! Amazing food and wonderful experience.

    Went there before to go to the Royal Albert Hall. This restaurant is well located so we were like why not and it's been a very good surprise. Everything was delicious and the service is great. We could see that the staff knew what they were doing and were making sure we are good. Will be back. Thank you.
