   The service was a little slow due to the restaurant being very busy for a Tuesday night, and minimally staffed. The menu choices were good with choices from sandwiches and full dinners. The kitchen was a little slow due again to staffing, but the food was excellent and I felt a good value for the price. We will definitely come back, and we are looking forward to trying the fish fry on Wednesday or Friday of the following week.

   Really nice hotel based restaurant. Huge space with high ceilings, which feels very comfortable and spacious between tables. Lovely and diverse menu. I discounted one point for food because the poached salmon BLT is really a poached salmon salad BLT and the bread is not really sourdough, it’s more like Texas toast (I think they can improve on that, but the flavor was great and really good bacon!) My husband had ribs, which were outstanding! Will definitely go back.

   Met here with friends for a nice evening out. Surprised it was attached to a hotel (not mentioned)- but this is definitely not your typical "hotel" restaurant. It was decorated beautifully. Great wine and beer (multiple local brews) selection. The menu at this time was limited- but don't let that stop you. It was delicious. The service was outstanding. Tucker made our night enjoyable. Would recommend!

   Very misleading advertising! Made it sound like a Mother’s Day brunch; however, it was completely dead inside and there was no buffet. There were only a handful of breakfast items that you could order. We received a phone call a couple of days prior asking if we could move our reservation from 11:00 to 10:45 because they were closing at 11. We thought that was odd since most holiday buffets we’ve ever been to go well into 2:00, but with the shortage of help these days, we understood this could be plausible. We were told we’d have plenty of time to eat though and that they wouldn’t close while we were still eating. They would just be closing the doors for outsiders at 11:00. We didn’t even eat there. It was supposed to be a special day for our family and not a day to be joking around if that’s what they intended! I doubt that, but it sure seemed like they were offering something that simply didn’t exist with the hopes people would just stay since everywhere else would be completely booked. We drove 2 hours to have brunch with our daughter for this special day, and this was how the day started! HORRIBLE! NO EXCUSE!

    This restaurant was apparently suffering from staffing difficulties as the service was stressed. The personnel were very friendly and tried very hard. This is basically a dressed-up hotel restaurant, so ambiance is informal but pleasing. The adjacent bar was nice and more than adequate for a hotel bar. The food was quite good. If staying in the hotel, I would definitely eat here again. I'm not sure I would travel across town though.

    Good was good service little slow considering we were the only ones there. They did both have our first choice for drinks or food so that was disappointing. They should let you know that ahead of time since 1 was a tap beer and the other a Rueben sandwich. Menu is not that big .

    My friend and I went to the restaurant for our birthdays. We ordered two entrees because we had a buy one get one free card. My friend's meal was overcooked and not edible. They gladly replaced her entrée with another. The staff went out of their way to take care of the situation. We will be back.

    After patronizing the Radisson RBG on a regular basis, we were exited to try the Waterlin. We stopped in on a Saturday for lunch and were pleased with the new menu. Both items tried were great, and Allison was an exceptional host. I made reservations for six for the following Friday to try the fish fry and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dishes. We tried the perch, walleye and the blue gill special; all three were absolutely excellent. Will be returning often.

    Great to have a one-of-a-kind dining destination in Menomonee Falls! We had a very large party and the accommodations were comfortable and the staff was very attentive. We all found the truly Wisconsin menu delicious. Loved the decor - a nod to the village's river roots. This will be our go-to place to dine with out-of-town guests.
