V Wine Room is a wine bar that first opened its doors in February 2013 and it immediately became a loved, neighborhood bar, and a sanctuary within the heart of West Hollywood.

V stocks a significant number of wines from small, California producers, as well as a variety of lovely wines from all over the world. Our team will make sure you find a wine that you love. In addition to wine, we serve cheese and charcuterie boards and sushi from our neighboring restaurant, Jinpachi.

The “V” shape of our bar helps create natural connections between our guests, so it’s common to make new friends when you’re here. With that in mind, we look forward to meeting you.

Great local spot with a cozy, sexy vibe! I enjoy hosting my team meetings, drinks with clients, and holiday parties in this space! Perfect for date nights! So happy to have the pizzas added to the menu too. 10/10 overall experience. We LOVED RANDEE! Hi Adam!

V Wine Room is one of those rare places that never disappoints in its sophistication and genuinely welcoming environment. Elegant without pretense. Randy guided us through a tasting with confidence, and we settled on an Italian red. Roman pizza and a nicely composed charcuterie board kept us happily anchored as the evening unfolded a long, intimate conversation. Then came the incident. Mid-gesture, my hand sent a glass of San Pellegrino into unexpected flight. I stood up, embarrassed, only to realize I was apparently the only one who noticed. Nearby tables remained unfazed. The staff didn’t rush in. Instead, a discreet, perfectly timed cleanup appeared a few minutes later, broom and composure intact. The Wine Room excels in atmosphere and intelligent service. Even minor mishaps are handled with grace. Though, on our next visit, I’ll let all the glasses remain upright.

I stopped into V Wine Room on a reconnaissance mission before a date later that week and discovered something more than a suitable setting—I found a refuge from a strained business life. The atmosphere is quiet and sophisticated, the kind of place that immediately lowers your shoulders. The staff are genuinely warm, and deeply knowledgeable. Craig and Randee are actual, certified sommeliers: intelligent, perceptive, and able to guide you to exactly the right pour based not just on preference, but on mindset. That said, the wine list is so strong you could throw a dart and land well every time. The food complements the experience beautifully. Order a pizza and a charcuterie board and let them do their work alongside the wine. After leaving, I sat in my car for a few minutes just to savor the lingering sense of peace and equilibrium—exactly what I needed to carry me into the following day. V Wine Room isn’t just a destination; it’s a pause button.

Although they need more deep, bold reds from Paso Robles – like DAOU and Justin - and maybe a slightly bigger and more professional kitchen and food selection, this is still one of my favorite local wine bars. The staff are very knowledgeable, excellent in their service, attentiveness, and very fun and friendly. The ambience is wonderful. A great place to go with your date, or your dogs. can’t say enough good things about this place!
