Service was horrible Forgot my friends order as the whole table was finishing eating No apology or gave anything in return for the mistake A discount as a gesture would of been nice.. I will not be back nor will my other 11 friends at the table with us

My first visit to this sushi place, saw 4/5 rating, so that is the reason why I gave it a try. It is a great location with plenty of parking. The service: slow and not professional. They don't seem to know how to handle the seating and ordering. the buzzer on the table is kinda useless, buzzed many times and no one came. I guess no one really look at the number anymore. The food: Nah!! Too salty and oily for hot food, and sushi is no different than some cheap restaurant honestly. We didn't order the lobster two was (hotpot) it seems everyone else is ordering it. so I guess it is a hot item. Price: ya totally over price. but only few tables for a big open space in a prime location, I guess they had to charge for that??? in that case I will for sure head for downtown. I will go back there, since Richmond has way better other food that here with much affordable price.

We were greeted by a really grumpy and unhappy hostess. Right off the bat - bad vibes. The food is realllly bland. That combined with bad service....go elsewhere.
