The staff at Tillies was very accommodating for a food allergy in the group. Everything was served very nicely and within good time intervals. We had a very relaxing dinner overlooking the water. Food was cooked very well.

The food was really good. However, the service was truly awful! We were quite disappointed as we had dined at Tillie’s for brunch and had a much better experience. It is also incredibly hot and there is zero air flow indoors. The mosquitoes ate us alive as we all poured sweat. The servers went missing for long periods of time and we went without water for a considerable portion of our sweaty evening. We nearly passed out from the heat and requested no dessert-just the check, to avoid serious cases of heat exhaustion. The food is not enjoyable in conditions like this. Skip the cocktails as they were so bad we sent them back!

Our first experience at Tillie's wasn't great (food was ok, bottle of white wine was served completely unchilled) but we decided to give it another shot and Lisette, our server, turned our experience around. We had a wonderful evening. Lisette had great suggestions, was very personable and it was a joy chatting with her. Thanks to Lisette we'll go back.

A wonderful dinner at Tillies, in large part due to our waitress Lissette. She helped guide us on some delicious choices (the ceviche and market snapper with creamed corn were amazing!) and provided such lovely conversation. Ambience and decor is beautiful and made for a perfect last night in Grand Cayman! PS to the Tillies team - we can’t imagine how hot the wait staff must be in their jackets - I was melting into summer dress! Please let them remove the jacket!!!

Noise level was not energetic as I would not want that but this is the perfect setting. It was a little warm outside for eating a nice dinner but the location works. We loved our food and our waiter was simply the best of the best but the steak still does not compare to the US American beef steak for 2 we get here in Texas. EVERYTHING else was above expectation. The okra was the best we have ever had.

Loved our night at Tillies. The bar and restaurant manager were amazing after a drunk person stumbled on me while I was having dinner and caught me completely off guard. Our server was amazing too. Great vibe and even better food. The fish on the appetizer just to die for and the curries for the main were amazing too.

Amazing little find in Grand Cayman, they do a set menu on a Thursday with a glass of Prosecco which is excellent value for money. Service and setting was perfect. We will definitely return!

Great location and design. Drinks were good and food was nice but nothing that was a showstopper. Probably a one time visit for us.
