Another wonderful culinary experience with the free ‘nibbles’ at the start being extremely tasty 👍😀👍 Great food, impeccable service and it was so good once more to witness the very impressive ‘live’ music 👍😀👏 Kim and I look forward to our next visit and we know it will be good and highly recommend you to visit 👍😀👏❤️

Our first visit (after being recommended) & it didn’t disappoint! Food was amazing, absolutely everything was so full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. There was a good vibe about the place too. Will definitely return.

The food was excellent and great value, we had the Sunday lunch where you choose your meat and then the whole groups dinner is presented on a platter.... We all had beef and serving staff/chef accommodated our individual preference of how we like our meat cooked. Duck croquettes for starter was outstanding as was the sweetcorn soup... An excellent selection of wine also. All serving staff were friendly and professional. A real hidden gem and we will definitely be back

Lovely welcoming pub, warm and inviting on a cold autumn day. Staff were very welcoming. Great space between tables which meant we weren’t over crowded by larger parties. Food was amazing. Great value. Lovely personal touch with birthday card and birthday macarons plate to close our meal. Will definitely visit again and would recommend.

Between us we had the loin of venison (excellent) steak, halloumi and vegetable skewer (very nice) pie of the day. Staff very friendly, treated well as it was my husband's birthday - we were really full after the main course but they brought us some delicious macarons as a birthday extra. This is my fourth visit there and I have not had a bad meal - would definitely recommend

A really lovely experience for Kim & I as we celebrated our ‘first time we met’ 8 years anniversary 👍😀❤️ Excellent service coupled with food of the highest level (my scotch egg was the best I’ve ever had) and all to the sound of lovely music from the ‘open mic’ singers 👍😀👏 Thank you and see again soon 👍😀👏❤️
